U.S. Domestic Allergen Statement and U.S. Domestic Policy on Allergen Labeling
Creative Concepts Inc. is committed to providing the best possible product to our retail partners and our consumers.
All of Pucker Powder's current recipes and the processes are free of Major Food Allergens and their derivatives. The Major Food Allergens are dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. Any and all peanuts and or tree nuts are processed in a separate room from the Pucker Powder products.
Major Food Allergens
The FDA reports that 90% of adverse reactions in people in the U.S. resulting from food consumption are caused by one of these top nine food allergens:
Fish (e.g., bass, flounder, cod)
Crustacean Shellfish (e.g., crab, lobster, shrimp)
Tree Nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans)

Position of Nutrition and Ingredient Labels
The primary source of Allergen information for our consumers is the product label. All of our labels clearly indicate all ingredients and nutritional information following guidelines set forth by the Food and Drug Administration. Our labels may be found on both the Product packaging and our Dispensing systems. Labels found on our Product packaging are always located on the rear face of the package. Position of these labels varies in regards to our products dispensing systems. Newer Twelve and Fourteen Flavor Dispensing Systems Nutrition and Ingredient information may be found on the base of the dispensing unit (See Fig A). Some older Twelve Flavor Dispensing Systems label is found on the top sign of the unit (See Fig B). Six Flavor Dispensing Systems label are found on the top sign of the unit(See Fig C).
