As "your hardest sell ever" I have to admit that every concern that I had years ago about the Pucker Powder machine has been proven to be a non-issue. The bulk machine has proven to be no mess, no fuss and you know how much I like the profit margin! Since upgrading to the bulk machine several months ago, Pucker Powder has consistently been one of the top 3 best selling items in our gift shop. In March we saw our highest volume month in our ten year history and Pucker Powder was the number one selling item. Based on how well your product is performing we have decided to drop all other candy lines from our inventory, the only exception being Jelly Belly.

“Just to let you know how right you were. We bought the Pucker Powder "program" from you at the New York Toy Fair. It has amazed us with its popularity. I think we are the only one in Memphis but that has not hurt us. The kids have seen it in other places and seem to be very familiar with it. Our sales have been great and we have placed two re-ordres so far. We are giving a lot of thought to adding the "party size" dispenser for birthday parties here at the museum. This month we have a major outdoor event on the grounds here and plan to take the big machine outside. I hope we have enough product for the event.

My wife and I purchased your machine from the Ialei show in Vegas this year. We're the ones who put on the Animaland event in Arizona as well as we're opening a 15,000 sq ft fun center. We did the Pucker Powder at our first event this past Friday and all I can say is Wow Wow Wow. Thank you. For the sale we did $700 at a 3 hour event. I will send you photos soon. Just to let you know...........We had our first festival this weekend....The bad news...It rained around 4 inches on Saturday.....I didn't even set up. The good news...I set up on Friday night. Then the storm hit.....not rain but kids!!!!! Around 6:30 to 10:30 I sold a little over $900 worth of Pucker Powder®.....And yes you were right...I sold out of the 34 inch and the 18 inch tubes!! (the ones I was reluctant to order) I even gave away about $50 worth to the kids I knew!!!! I am putting together my order tonight to resupply for the 27th.

As you know for a long time I wrestled with the idea of whether or not to purchase the free pour bottle application or go with the large dispenser. I decided on the 5-flavor dispenser. I will admit I made the right decision. Having this colorful, professional looking unit out in plain sight of all your customers is a draw by itself. It is like having a silent sales person on staff. Customers have more fun filling their tubes from this dispenser, than they do free pouring from a bottle. You can get a lot more customers through per hour with the dispenser than you can by the free pour method, and in our business speed means profit. We have had our unit only for a short time but at all our shows we have had lines of people, many repeat customers. By adding a banner at our last show as you suggested was a good idea, it drew a lot of attention to our booth. Having a banner is a must. I was very picky in the beginning on what flavors to choose for my initial order. I have tried almost all of them now and quite frankly it really doesn't matter, they are all very good. The product itself is wonderful. The customers will tell you that themselves. I just thought I would mention, we built a self-storing road case. The storage unit serves a dual purpose. It is used to transport and display. We painted the outside a bright white, then added color to the outside by dipping the tip of a paint brush into different colored paints and splashing it on the white case. The various colors of paint represent the different flavors of Pucker Powder® Candy. Inside the back of the road case we added some shelves for product storage while at the show. As always I appreciate your fast response time for product delivery and your positive attitude towards business, you have a good thing going, keep it up.
